It's uh... well, I'll just be honest. The moment I stepped outside it felt like I was being suffocated, and then I ended up pushing myself far too much and I ended up at Dan Feng's clinic. I couldn't just let people get hurt, but I overdid it.
I do have to wonder whether the price tag would truly match the weight if you ever showed up with a gift meant to make up for, oh, letβs say... a birthday, Lantern Rite, and Solstice all at once. Do you think they would still be open to accepting it after you have more or less skimped on gifts for the better half of the year?

Still, if you made the trip from your place all the way out to Waterβs Edge, then I will have to insist you at least drop by whenever you're in the area. For whatever reason or occasion, and with everything that has been going on, even Neuvillette would want you over if he were able to speak up.

And yes, I'll make the trip all the way out to Water's Edge. I promise, it's not a hassle to come over, especially now the haze has gone away. Thankfully, I'm no longer at the clinic. I feel bad for taking up a space that should have been used for someone who actually needed it.

Though as for the past couple of days, Neuvillette is the one most affected this time around. He's shifted into a smaller form and has been scuttling about in a mild panic, but it's nothing I can't corral with a few warm blankets and the promise of hugs in tow.
